Phil is currently overseeing the Hoffman Hills Subdivision and Sean is currently overseeing the Wilson’s Valley and Sunrise Ridge subdivisions. Scott and Ethan both remain in Jamestown.
Q3 Strategic Planning Meeting will be from September 16th - 19th.
B.U.I.L.D Story of the Month
Hoffman Hills has become Springfield Police Department’s new HQ! ;) Not one, not two, not even three but (ALMOST) FOUR SPD officers have purchased homes in Hoffman Hills. That is such a testament to the hard work and follow-through the Trendsetter Team does, continuing to have several referrals in just 1 neighborhood! Great job, team!

Katie Sullivan is our Selections and Marketing Specialist.
Katie has two boys, Tucker and Theo. She also has a handsome German Shepard named Thor. She loves a good Iced Vanilla Latte, and her favorite restaurant is the Aviary (YUM!). She also lovessss shopping on Amazon, and is getting quite handy - recently renovating their 2nd bathroom and it’s ADORABLE! :)
