We also closed on our first TWO homes in Jamestown in May!

B.U.I.L.D Stories of the Month

We have clients moving to Eagle Springs from California. To help them feel more comfortable in the new area, Ashlyn put together a personalized welcome book full of fun places to go eat, hike, and enjoy.

In Jamestown, our buyers have 3 daughters who were all getting their own room for the first time! With the help of Scott, Lori and Paige, we created personalized name signs for each of them to welcome them home!

Spencer Larson is our Hoffman Hills Superintendent.

Spencer is getting married to Kenzie in just a few weeks! Spencer’s favorite drink is unsweet tea, and his favorite restaurant is Ariake. He has 4 pets - 1 golden retriever named Taz, 2 bernadoodles - Chief and Beans, and 1 “a-hole cat” named Jean Ralphio. His favorite music artist is Trent Reznor and prefers a nice glass of Jefferson’s Ocean!
