Jordan, his wife Aubrey, and son Jeremiah welcomed sweet baby Stella to their family on March 2nd. She is 6lbs, 14oz and 19.75in long and cute as a button!
Alex Baugher received a promotion to Superintendent!!
We hired our first Dayton Superintendent, Sam Sanders!
We sold 15 homes to families and closed 12 in the month of March!
B.U.I.L.D Story of the Month
The Pilkington family closed in March! Ethan and Janet worked tirelessly to ensure the house was ready and everything was buttoned up for closing. They intentionally finished strong, and Conner, Abbi, and Crosby have made their new home their own!

Rick Amos is our Director of Land Acquisitions, Development, and National Accounts.
Rick is married to Cezanne, and has 5 grandkids - Jesse, Theodore, Cass, Bowen and Taia. He enjoys cattle ranching, hiking, digging for artifacts, fishing, kayaking, hunting, cooking, boating, and motorcycles.
His favorite restaurant is the original Aurthur Bryant’s in KC.
